How do you complete a FTA certificate, and do you have a pro-format?

A & A has a FTA Tutorial, a step-by-step guide, to help you understand how to complete an accurate and valid FTA certificate. With the implementation of AMPS (Administrative Monetary Penalty System) it is essential to have fully completed and accurate certificates on file to ensure compliance. Invalid FTA certificates of origin are one of the largest areas of concern for non-compliance. To claim the duty-free status, a valid certificate must be on file. Anything less is unacceptable and subject to penalty assessment.
