You did the customs clearance for my package, but when it was delivered, it arrived damaged. What do I do?

We suggest taking pictures of the damage. Normally in a situation like this we suggest contacting the carrier and letting them know. We can provide you with the carrier info and the tracking number. The carrier would claim this as an insurance claim if insurance was paid at the time of arranging the transportation.
